They keep charging my debit card $24.99 a month! I do not have a subscription with these people! I have emailed them multiple times, to no avail. I don't even know who they are! Now, I will have to dispute the charges, and wait 7 to 10 days for my new debit card to arrive!! When I have emailed them, they claim that they are not Lumina, then they send me a broken link to the "real" Lumina! I live on a meager SSDI check that I get once a month! $24.99 is taking the food out of my mouth!! SCAMMERS!!! FRAUDSTERS!! THIEVES!!!

Absolutely horrible staff. The women working in this company, acting like "outreach" and "customer support" not only do not know how to communicate, but they will ghost for no reason. Never ever work with them and never submit any of your personal information to them. They are scammers and their products also don't work. For example, I could never download the app. Do my favour, find another company that sells similar hologram products. If you are a manager working for this company or the founder. You must immediately fire these outreach ladies and replace them with people who actually know how to communicate with their customers. Absolute disgrace.

Product worked for first 3 days. Now 3 of the 6 lamps don't work at all. The other 3 must be charged daily. Complete rip off. How do I get a refund? DON'T BUY OR YOU'LL LOSE YOUR MONEY ALSO. I would expect that the company would read this and email back with a solution. I guess not. Gene D.

Product (camera) from day one never worked. They kept charging my credit card after the fact. FRAUD-FRAUD-FRAUD. Do not purchase anything from this company. Annie Wang has a phone number listed which isn't even hers. It has been registered to another company for over 10 years. FRAUD - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING- They should all be put in JAIL!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I followed a link from a review about fitness trackers for older people to get a gift for my dad. They took my money but never sent anything. Do not buy from them.

The dress looked nothing like the picture. It had no style. I refuse to wear it. I paid over $80 for it!😩

Can’t get a hold of them. Sent numerous emails & they all come back Daimler failure. Don’t buy from them they are not trustworthy & not located in Canada ( they ship from China) Buyer Beware
