LuminaReviews of getlumina.com

Ignore at all cost never ever buy from them 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 they will ask you to send the item back then you will lose your item plus return cost ( to China ) all together. SCAM scam Google should banned them selling something online

Nichts bestellen!!!

Don’t even bother waste of time and product is faulty, still waiting to hear back they are terrible company , stopped responding when I asked for refund for pumps not pumping properly. Also they basically asked me to show a video of it not pumping when I told them you can only hear the difference when I wear them and that’s why they stopped responding after I said I won’t send a video of me wearing them to show the fault of not pumping.

I unfortunately had the same experience as the other reviews-opened the package and it had a sticker slapped on it from Lumina, but it was sent from”Horrigan” a dodgy Chinese company. Customer service was really great at first, said no problem would refund me and refund the anmount it cost to ship item back. But alas, when following up on my refund and shipping refund, No reply, looks like they’re out of business now.? Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Terrible experience with this company. I ordered a breast pump and was given no indication as to when it would arrive despite paying an addional fee for express delivery. I eventually had to order a different pump from another company. I then proceeded to return the product when it eventually arrived from China. I was informed that I would receive a full refund upon receipt. After chasing by email the company finally confirmed that they had received the product and would issue a refund, they never did. I have had to make a claim via my credit card company instead.
