Bought the wearable breast pumps (bought two) ended up wasting £180 for some fake product, don’t buy from this company it’s a scam! You’re better off buying anything off amazon! I tried contacting them but they were ‘unreachable’, pretty sure they just block everyone that buys them. Just avoid lumina!

Scam company. Recieved my pump that cost CDN $274 (including warranty) but it was in a box with Chinese writing and had “Horigen” on it instead of “lumina”, I asked for money back but they said I would have to ship it back. Shipping was gonna cost over $200 so I said no. Then they offered a 30% refunded, and I never ended up getting the refund as they started ignoring my emails!! And the bank won’t refund me so I’m out of luck.

Ich kann mich nur den vielen Betroffenen anschließen. Ich habe die Gleiche Erfahrung mit dieser Firma gemacht. Ware bestellt, direkt per PayPal bezahlt und nichts erhalten. Bei mir ist es nun über 4 Wochen her. Per E-Mail wird man nur immer wieder vertröstet, aber es passiert nichts. Ich habe jetzt bei PayPal das Problem gemeldet und werde mir mein Geld zurück holen, auch wenn ich dafür einen Anwalt einschalten muss. Dass solche Firmen immer noch weiter existieren nach so vielen Betrugsfällen ist mir ein Rätsel. Also Leute, FINGER WEG von Lumina!!!!!!

Beware the fine print! Camera works fine but the mounting bracket is too lose to affix to monitor (slides off). There is no way to adjust or tighten the mount hinge. Contacted customer service and 4-8 weeks needed for replacement AND I PAY FOR SHIPPING FROM CHINA! There are many other webcam choices - stay away from this one.

I ordered the camera and found the quality to be NOTHING like advertised. I literally had a side-by-side of my 7 year old Logitech C920 and the lumina and the lumina was pixellated and off-coloured. I played with the settings for half an hour and still couldn't get it to look at all reasonable. Also whenever using the background blur there is a halo around me unlike anything on their website. Clearly the website videos are faked. WORSE they want me to pay $100 to return it to Taiwan when it was shipped from within the country.

Kann die Firma Lumina Beauty nicht empfehlen. Ich habe zwar nach ein paar Wochen meine Ware gekriegt. Der Artikel war jedoch sehr schlecht verpackt und die Schachtel war völlig zerdrückt. Ich habe reklamiert, jedoch nur die Antwort erhalten, dass man es in Zukunft besser verpacken werde. Auf mein erneutes Schreiben hat man bis heute nicht mehr geantwortet. Finger weg von dieser Firma. Erscheint mir sehr unseriös.

Zeer slecht bedrijf die niet weten waar ze mee bezig zijn. Eerst afspraak verzetten en daarvoor moest ik zelf bellen. Afgesproken datum wel komen opdagen en gemonteerd maar, hadden ze het liever niet gedaan. Een garagepoort die amper werkt en van zelf open gaat(heel raar). blijf er bij weg.

Finger weg, BETRUG !!!! Lasst die Finger weg von dieser Firma. Bestellt nichts, ich habe im Oktober was bestellt und bis heute noch nichts erhalten. Man kann noch so oft schreiben, man bekommt immer die gleiche Antwort über, man wird immer vertröstet etc., aber nichts passiert. Ich musste meinen Rechtsschutz einschalten, damit ich mein Geld zurückbekomme. Das ist eine betrügerische Firma, nicht seriös. Ich bekomme mein Geld zurück, lasse es nicht locker.
