Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify for transparency. All repayment terms and costs are shown upfront at the time a draw is made, when the payment option is selected and confirmed. If a customer later chooses to pay off early, we are fully transparent about the payoff amount and, unlike many lenders, we offer a discount on remaining fees rather than charging the full contracted cost. In this case, an early payoff discount of over $4,500 was applied. While early payoff does not remove all contracted fees, the discount is intended to meaningfully reduce the total cost. We appreciate the feedback and are continuing to improve how we communicate these details to ensure expectations are clear for every customer.
