Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify for transparency. All repayment terms and costs are shown upfront at the time a draw is made, when the payment option is selected and confirmed. If a customer later chooses to pay off early, we are fully transparent about the payoff amount and, unlike many lenders, we offer a discount on remaining fees rather than charging the full contracted cost. In this case, an early payoff discount of over $4,500 was applied. While early payoff does not remove all contracted fees, the discount is intended to meaningfully reduce the total cost.
