From initial consultation to final installation, the project was perfect. Everything was explained clearly so I understood what the project entailed and what the result would be. Emails and phone calls were answered quickly. The technical experts were efficient and professional in their manner. Explanation of potential add-on services was done as a suggestion and not a hard sell. I will definitely use Livewire services again and will refer the company to anyone looking for home technology services.

I had a small job but this was the second time using Live Wire. They are white glove neat, hid all the wires and did an awesome job. Very professional, knowledgeable and overall great company to work with.

Technician (Jonathan) arrived on time to sync universal remote to new FIOS set top box. The issue was resolved quickly and Jonathan volunteered to answer any other home theatre and related questions during his one hour service time. This was the second time Jonathan has done a service call to our home, and both times his has been very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He is a great service rep and Livewire has been very good to work with.

Livewire provides quality products and good salesmanship. But I am particularly impressed with the installation and service. My technician was Jeff Oberle. Jeff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He demonstrated patience in illustrating the operation of the system and responding to what must have seemed like repeated questions about the function of the system. I recommend Livewire and highly recommend Jeff Oberle.

It took several iterations to get the design of my system the way we wanted it because I did not fully understand all of the options. Salesman was patient but I now wish we had installed longer HMDI cables for our family room to be more compatible with our furniture and had added pass thru's at one other location to hide wiring. Technicians that installed systems were very polite,efficient,knowledgable and professional. Explained surround sound, television, and security systems that they installed. When an IR sensor was not working company was quick to respond and correct.

I was very impressed with Livewire. The salesperson was very professional and I liked how they sent us emails about scheduling. The only shortfall was with the equipment. The salesperson thought we had outdoor cameras and we did not, so we had to wait a couple weeks for a camera to come in. Other than that it was a perfect experience. The technicians were nice, polite and informative.
