Since I have started taking this cinnamon, along with a proper diet and weight loss, my A1C went from a high of 11.4 to 6.1 within 3 months. Then down to 5.5 after 6 months. I feel so much better and my blood sugar health as improved dramatically!! Thank you so much!!

I thought my 1st shipment had never arrived. Customer Support took over and worked to find out where the package was delivered. They communicated with me during this time. The shipment was found...had been delivered while I was on vacation, but had been placed in an obscure place. when I found it, and explained to Lirae, they were very understanding. I appreciate their follow up advice dilligence.

An excellent addition to my daily wellness regimen. I've tried a few different brands of cinnamon supplements, but these tablets are by far my favorite. They are gentle on the stomach and easy to take every morning. Great product all around.

Not sure if this is working for me only been on it since April, I have follow-up doctors visit in October to see where my A1C is. I will continue to use and hope that I see some improvement in my A1C at that time.

I have been using this product for a few months. At my last blood draw my A1C score had dropped quite substantially. I am hopeful that at my next blood draw it will have dropped even more. I highly recommend this product.

I was on Metformin but stopped them as the side effects were not nice for me and not good for anyone long term, I looked for something that worked on the cause not the symptom being more natural and found Lirae, All was going good until I made another order and was sent the wrong item, I got in touch with customer services and they sorted it out and got my correct order out to me in quick time and even followed up with a check in email when the order arrived. I would have dropped a half point for the wrong order but the customer service made up for it
