I like this product very much

I have medically induced insulin resistance that is very frustrating to manage. I decided to try Lirae and have been VERY pleased! My blood sugar has been more stable and I am happy to say I am no longer using any medications to help support my good blood sugar for more than three months!

I am THRILLED with my purchase of LIRAE' CEYLON CINNAMON capsules! I've been purchasing over the counter cinnamon for years and have had to take 2 daily which doesn't compare in the least to Lirae' capsules! The bonus is their MCT OIL from coconut oil! The capsules are AMAZING! They also have glycerin water to keep the capsules soft gel viable! I only need 1 capsule daily. which is equivalent to 7,200mgs of the Ceylon cinnamon which is 600mgs of the soft gel versus my old ones which only had 600mgs of a hard tablet NOT USING THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF CINNAMON nor the MCT OIL! My blood glucose is finally stable! The packaging is a zip lock beautifully designed and are flat- great for storing up and not taking bottle space in cupboard. I am a holistic practitioner and these capsules are Lab tested, GMO FREE, GLUTEN FREE & ARE HIGH POTENCY! I can effectively share that I can feel the difference and 1 capsule contain 1 fat gram/10 calories, 30 count per bag and so worth the purchase!! Lirae ' sales are terrific! I haven’t used the product long enough to see a difference. I had issues with my initial order-didn’t get the free bag that was promised. Fernando helped me get it resolved promptly. Looking forward to good results.

So far good. The customer support is wonderful with follow-ups to questions. I started on Father's Day and this week notice my afternoon crashes have stopped and my energy levels are up. For that I am thankful and will continue to stay the course for my own wellbeing!

Lirae arrived in a timely fashion. The pills are basically tasteless but you can tell there is cinnamon in them. I enjoyed the pills and think the company has done a fantastic job putting the product together.
