I have been taking 2 Lirae cinnamon capsules daily for about 6-months. Prior to this I was using Jardiance and 2 x 500mg Metformin daily. while still using Jardiance, I have completely stopped taking Metformin and have been able to maintain an A1C of 6.0. I strongly recommend the product.

I have just started my fourth month of your Ceylon cinnamon and I have had absolutely no improvement at all. I have been a diabetic for over 20 years and have maintained this condition through diet and Metformin. There was a time when I was on insulin but I got very serious with my diet and got off of insulin. I was desperately hoping there would be some kind of improvement but I have been very disappointed with the product. I did buy your product from your site so it should be the proper type of cinnamon. I don't know if I should try another company which has the words Sri Lanka on their label. However, I am seriously disappointed in your product and don't know if I should even try someone else's product hoping they have the correct type of cinnamon.

I love Lirae! It something that is working for me and I didn’t want to loose my ability to get refills. I called customer care for help as getting three refills a month was just too much. I received the best service from a kind hearted soul. Thank you all for a great experience. Not sure of exact date of service but I’m sure it would be the same every day.

I've been taking for 2 months after which I went and did lab work, only to discover that all of my numbers were lower including A1C.

Only complaint is changing anything on the order. No response, I had to change my payment method because of a new card and expiration date and basically had to threaten to cancel my subscription if someone didn't get back to me. Far as the product... LOVE IT!!!!! I have dropped 35lbs feel the Ceylon Cinnamon played a big part in my success. Regards Tracy Newcomb

I bought these as skeptical as always but since taking for a couple of months my fasting blood sugar has dropped from 156 to 133! I’m sure it will improve more as I continue.. I won’t have an A1C until December but I’m expecting great things!

The results were good. Shame I just try it for a month. It's a great product,first thought it was a scam, but I made some reacher. That I order more.
