The technician arrived on time after giving approximate time of arrival. She was very professional and sweet and an excellent technician! She hit the vein on the first stick and I have horrible veins. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would be happy to recommend Getlabs to everyone.

The phlebotomist was caring, kind, and gentle. Her bedside-manner was impeccable and equally matched with her skill to draw blood on the first try, which was a first for me, as I am a difficult "stick". This employee should be the hallmark for all healthcare workers in and out of the company - it would be in the company's best interest to have her train/lead others on cultivating a company culture that invests in the relationships with all stakeholders.
