The company of getlabs overall for customer service and scheduling is exceptionally helpful. The phlebotomist Nahomie is always phenomenal & she is super nice, professional, wears a medical respirator to protect me & she also uses the butterfly device for my small rolling veins and gets my blood drawn always on the first try.

Second time using the GetLabs service and again it was a great and convenient appointment. Had specialist Laura today and she was excellent. Arrived within the appointment window, had everything she needed, and it was one quick jab and done. I know that the service is a bit pricey at $99, but I feels it’s worth it for the quality of service and convenience.

This was the easiest appointment I’ve ever made. I chose my appointment online and the times that were convenient for me. I received a text message verifying my appointment was made and the day of the appointment. I received a text message telling me Diana was on the way. It actually gave me an exact time of when she would arrive. She was very friendly. She explained to me exactly what she was going to do how the paperwork worked. I’m not real big on needles as I have been told I have chaser vains. Diana got Vein the first try she explained to me I would receive a text as soon as she dropped my blood off at the lab which I did receive, and she told me my results would go to the app. I will Definitely be using Getlab in the future.
