I have needle anxiety so wanted to try my blood draw at my home. The nurse told me she was a one poke nurse and when she couldn’t feel good veins in my arm she went straight for the hand using a butterfly. I didn’t feel a thing. My hands were still sweaty and I was nervous as heck, but when she was done ☑️. A scale of 1 to 10 my pain level was a 1 (because in the hand it always has a different feeling than the arm). She was amazing.

My tech was incredible! She was super friendly, a very good stick, and also prompt. She handled everything quickly and smoothly and made me feel very comfortable. The stick did not hurt a bit which is an added bonus!

I was scheduled for my lab appointment between 5-7am. I recieved a text that Erick was near and will be at my house by 5:30am. He was on time, very respectful and found my vein on the first try!

The phlebotomist was prompt and professional. I liked that I could have my blood drawn from the convenience and comfort of my own home. I also appreciate the text messages reminding me of my appointment and giving me the ETA of the phlebotomist.
