Terrible they reschedule me 2x October 31st and today!!!! NOT HAPPY

They lost my blood! An unbelievable failure since they collected 9! vials. Trying to find out what happened and get them to take ownership of this catastrophic mistake has been a colossal failure. I am STILL trying to get answers and have someone call me. They offered to retake my bloodwork—free of charge and had the audacity to insist on the same 4hr window I had initially paid for. When I asked to please have that be a 1hr window they stopped responding to my emails. Absolutely horrific experience!

GetLabs failed to complete one of the doctor's orders and has not made good on their error. GetLabs is impossible to reach by phone. Only email communications which are irrelevant and don't address the issue. UPDATE: The reply GetLabs posted to this review is a lie. No one at GetLabs has asked for the missing lab order. I have many attempts to contact a "support team" as they suggest below, but can only send emails. (They respond to this review, but not emails. )

Tucson. Don’t waste your money! Both times I’ve used it there has been a problem with the specimens and I’ve had to go to the lab anyway. I’ve never been able to get my money back. Customer service keeps contacting me to fill out complaints, which I’ve done multiple times, but there is no response and no other way to contact them. Terrible!

I’m extremely disappointed in the way this company operates. I reached out ahead of time to confirm whether they performed drug testing, and was told yes — so I paid and scheduled my test for 6AM. When I arrived, the staff member had no idea where my results would be coming from or how I would receive them, which was immediately concerning. After multiple follow-up emails, I finally received a vague response saying my results had been sent directly to my doctor. When I met with my doctor, he informed me that no drug testing was included in the report at all. The entire process was a complete mess — characterized by poor communication, a lack of basic knowledge, no accountability, and an unacceptable wait for answers. Absolutely not worth the time, stress, or money. EDIT: It has been 4 days since I received the request for more information (which I submitted the same day). There has been no new communication between me and GetLabs. Seems like they just sent you for more information to "look good" on reviews.

I booked a blood draw with GetLab for my elderly mother. They cancelled the first appointment then showed up late the the rescheduled appointment. After they drew her blood, the lab results were never found. When I requested an investigation online through the Get Labs website, (they have no customer service phone number so you can not talk to a person)the response I got was that "the lab reports that the sample was lost. There is no record at the lab of having received the blood sample"! Do not use! There is no accountability or standard operating procedure. I was simply told that once the lab tech drops the sample at the Lab "Anything can happen at that point"

Horrible. Had an early morning window for fasting labs, nobody ever showed, no call, no text to say they were late, nothing. The only way to contact them is thru an AI chatbot. I will say, the only positive thing was that someone called me back right away when I asked for a phone call through the chatbot, and they told me they would refund my money ASAP, so we'll see if that happens. But still, will never use this service again.

Getlabs cancelled my appointment during the 2hr arrival window. Disappointed with the last minute cancelation as I am not able to get a lab appointment for 5 days. I would have skipped Getlabs and secured a in person appointment at the lab had I known Getlabs reputation for missed and cancelled appointments. Great concept, poor staffing and execution.
