Everything was great

Online appointment booking was easy and I was able to be seen quickly. The information provided about what to expect during my appointment was accurate and helpful. My phlebotomist showed up on time, and was very professional, efficient and friendly. She took care of all the paperwork and specimen shipping. Would definitely use them again.

My nurse was delightful and very skilled. I did not feel the needle at all and she completed her task efficiently and quickly. I also, appreciated the text message with the ETA of her visit time.

This was the best investment for my health, emotionally, physically and financially. I could wake up and not deal with the stress of having a blood draw at the Laboratory. Which as you know, means racing around in the morning to get ready, deal with traffic, praying you find a parking space and being on time. The lab assistants/nurses are wonderful, don’t get me wrong. But sitting in a room with people coughing, sneezing, runny noses, moaning from not feeling well, made me feel empathetic for these patients at the same time wanting to run out to my car and never go back. The patients needed to be there, I totally understand, but I’m not crazy about going to just have my blood drawn around others who are sick….and contagious. But Getlabs solved this problem for me by giving me a choice. Their medical staff will come to the patient’s place and you, the patient, don’t have to leave the comfort of your place ! You decide time, give your address and let Getlabs do the rest. The nurse was right on time, she was pleasant, kind, patient, calming and my blood draw was quick and pain free ! My appointment was at noon and when she left, she had been there for less than 15 min. So quick ! And after she left, I started my Keurig, grabbed a mug and took a short and relaxing coffee break AT HOME. In other words, No stress, no one sneezing or coughing on me, no fighting traffic, no searching for a parking space that’s not a mile away . Nope. Appointment…done ( noon to 12:10) Check Coffee delicious. Check Day was relaxing and great. Check. Time saved? Probably at least 2 hours. ( they don’t call it “the waiting room” for nothing !) Check One of the BEST healthcare investments I’ve ever made ! Double Check ! What a brilliant idea!

Tammy was our phlebotomist this morning. She is very professional and explained the procedure. She checked the lab orders and took the samples. Pain free!!!
