Sherman’s was so sweet and professional. She was gentle with me as I am a big baby when it comes to needles. I would highly recommend her or Courtney! Actually, this is the third time of using Get Labs and it has been a great experience. The fee is well worth having them come to your home. I will have to have blood work every couple of months so I will definitely be using Get Labs. 😊

It was my first time using your service. Initially you cancelled the original request. Re booked me one day later. I then had an issue and was not going to work well. But I called and you rescheduled me for 2days later at 8:00. When the appointment time came. She was in and out in just a few minutes. She was very pleasant. Easy going. But very efficient at the same time. Hit my vein with first attempt. In all it was the simplest blood work I've ever had done. Yes. I will do it that way in the future. It was so simple quick. And all with a smile. I will recommend using your device to anyone who asks.

The overall process was seamless. The technician (Eleanor Jimenez) advised when she’d would be coming and called upon her arrival. She was knowledgeable, courteous and professional in performing her duties. She made the patient very comfortable and took away any anxiety with the whole process We will definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.
