I greatly appreciated the opportunity to have a phlebotomist travel to my home for a blood draw. It was easy to schedule, the technician was very friendly, and I couldn't have asked for anything ore convenient.

Nicole, the phlebotomist that came to my house, was an absolute delight. She was funny and personable, was able to find a vein on the first try (I'm usually a very tough stick), was extremely relatable, and was just really kind. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a blood draw and was using GetLabs.

From the very beginning they contacted me and also texted me to set an appointment and also they were very precise on my directions. They called beforehand to confirm. I spoke to the phlebotomist and she was very nice. The day of the lab work I got texts of how far she was and how long it would take for her to get here. I truly appreciate that. When she did get here she was amazingly kind very professional and very gentle and caring. She withdrew the blood with no problem whatsoever which is rare nowadays. Very nice lady and I am very pleased with the work that get labs does and the people today have working for them. Would highly recommend get Labs.

Worth every penny. Fasting for a blood test is hard when you don’t have a car in the city, and I couldn’t get an early-morning lab appointment anywhere nearby. This service was a lifesaver. One warning: upload the actual lab order, not just a visit summary. GetLab didn’t review my paperwork until four days later and alerted me the morning before my 6:00 AM appointment that my upload wasn’t acceptable. I had only a short window to get NYU Langone to place the real order in MyChart so I could re-upload it. Not a big deal for most but managed to do this on the subway using my phone. I had to convert the .tiff file they uploaded to an acceptable size to accommodate text. Even though I missed their deadline by about 20 minutes, they didn’t cancel my appointment, and everything went smoothly. For $79, avoiding a cold, early morning walk to LabCorp was absolutely worth it. GeLab needs to have their coders check right away and let you know if the upload was appropriate or not. This can be built in to the submit form ya know. Don't wait 4 days for the heads up.

Getting labs after fasting is always complicated — sometimes there are no morning appointments. OR even if you have one, the lab gets backed up and you have to wait a while. This service avoids all those issues. I waited at home and was able to work. The technician came on time and it was less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Excellent!
