Pleasant and very efficient

Lab was on time. Very professional and knows her job! I am usually a hard stuck with multiple attempts before draw. She drew first time with no pain. Pleasant and social. My first home draw and I was so thrilled will never drive to lab building again.

Signing up and scheduling was so easy. Received messages to remind me of appt and when tech was on their way. Michelle was awesome and made my anxiety so much better.
