GetlabsReviews of getlabs.com

My experience with Getlabs has been fantastic. It was super easy to find a convenient date and time. I was able to book my appointment for the next day. Getlabs texted me updates on where my representative was and when to expect her. Rashik arrived right in time. She was professional and courteous. Later that day, I received a follow up text that my sample had been delivered.

What I liked about the service was that they texted me, updates along the way, and were highly communicative about the arrival time of the phlebotomist, Nicole. She was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Bc the person that came was very nice very professional she knew what she was doing, was done within 10min, communicated, when she was coming also the office let me know they was trying to contacted my doctors office bc they didn't receive lab work

Very friendly, professional, great technique and able to complete the visit with instructions and information about results.

Friendly, punctual confident.

The phlebotomist was fantastic, very nice and professional, did a great job. The next day availability was really important after struggling to make an appointment at LabCorp. It was super easy to book and get this thing done rather than having it hang over my head for weeks.

On time. Very professional and efficient process. Friendly provider.

I've already told 4 people about it. Easy, much better than dealing with the appointment process in person at LabCore..they understand the setting the appointment, but keeping it on time is a problem. The communication the day before and day of was spot on in email and text. My lab person was great, on-time and fast..
