Absolutely horrible, I've been charged 3 times and still haven't had the person show up and draw my son's blood. Completely a fraud

Getlabs canceled my appointment at the last minute that had been scheduled a month in advance. Disabled People depend on this type of service only to be rudely dismissed. Had to drive two hours at the last minute in order to get the bloodwork my Dr needed. I wouldn’t have wasted my time had I seen their reviews first. Corporate needs to get this under control because I see in other states/areas they don’t have this problem.

I scheduled an appointment to have blood drawn a week out. That was the soonest I could get scheduled. Less than 24 hours before my appointment they called to cancel without a real explanation. When I called to reschedule the representative told me that they don't have enough phlebotomists and don't know if they can actually make their next days appointments until the night before. She also told me that if a book another appointment that this is likely to happen again. If I had known that I would never have booked an appointment to begin with. No attempts to remedy the situation. No sense of urgency. Do these guys realize how critical getting labs done in a timely manner is? Undoubtedly. Do they care? Not at all. Don't waste your time with these people. Extremely unprofessional.

The tech was not on time -- no one even contacted me until after * I * called them and asked why she'd never shown up! She was hours away - as if I had nothing else to do but sit and wait? AND, once she did show up, she could not perform all the tests on the lab orders I had scanned and sent when I scheduled the appointment! The website that launches from the partner-ad on LabCorp says appointments are "from $35" but it never told me mine would be $59 until AFTER I had finished booking it. She was not on time (not even close!), I had to call to find out what was going on, and, worst, she couldn't do everything I needed! I feel completely ripped off!

Communication was very slow or non-existent. I will not be using this service again. I called my doctor and they said the tests were not performed. 10 vials of blood were taken, but none of the labs were successful. They tried to trick me into scheduling a second pick up date when they should have handled the specimen collection on the first pickup/delivery date. I talked to Jen and Janelle, but neither were helpful with resolving this issue. I would have been better off just going to the labs instead of scheduling through getlabs. They really made a mess of things and there’s no resolution or response after they take your blood.
