Kind, efficient, and friendly. I really appreciate Not having to take time to go to blood draw place, wait, then get home. A lower cost out of pocket would have given 5 stars. :)

Update to previous review. After poorly stored specimen couldn’t be properly processed by lab, they did finally reach out and rescheduled me. Had to reschedule as they were running behind and I was in a tight window. But it was easy to get it done. Opting for later draw time to maybe diminish chance of clotting.

I tried to give you five stars but I couldn’t. You Definitely deserve five stars! The lab technician was Very professional and skilled.

They were very accommodating. The process was so easy and quick. The medical tech that drew my blood was excellent! It was literally painless. She was kind and made me feel at ease! (I'll make a follow up comment if problems arise with getting lab results, etc.)

I tend to miss or blow off nonessential appointments. With Getlabs, they came to me. Very professional, efficient took 10 minutes and saved me 1.5 hours or more!

I used GetLabs in DC--Maria was truly amazing. She arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and it didn't hurt one bit!
