My client was rescheduled 4 times on the 5th time they canceled his appointment and refunded his money. This is unacceptable because his treatment has been delayed for their inability to maintain staff. We have used them for multiple occasions in the past. I’m frustrated because my name is mud because of the way he was taken care of.

Very disappointed and scarred for life
My phlebotomist showed up over three hours late and proceeded to vent to me about her entire day before even asking me my name. I could have let that go, but she appeared to be new and did not place me in the proper position for my blood draw. The blood draw for three vials of blood took over an hour and was very painful. She placed me in different positions and kept poking and digging the needle into my arms and I'm all bruised up now. She kept saying my body was being difficult...what??? I don't recommend Getlabs. Their techs are not experienced enough and you will be waiting around for hours before they arrive. I've NEVER had an issue getting blood drawn until today and now I'm scarred for life. Go to a professional lab instead. Save yourself the stress. This is a true and accurate review. Shawny your lab tech saw me and was late. I have confirmed text photos from GetLabs asking why she was so late. I'm happy to upload all of the photos. I would not make this up.

Genevieve, we appreciate your feedback however we need your information to confirm this is an accurate review and take action.
At first glance, the experience you're describing does not sound possible given how our systems are set up. Our phlebotomists arrive within a 2-hour time window and if we cannot arrive within that window we would reschedule your appointment since it affects our routing. Furthermore, lab collections take less than 15 minutes on average even when multiple tubes are drawn and we therefore question the veracity of a 1 hour appointment for only 3 tubes.
We would like to investigate this to confirm whether your experience is accurate. If the details you provided can be validated, we will take immediate action to remedy this.

Didn’t do all of the tests, not cancelling unnecessary tests
I just got a call from my doctor that 2 of the tests on my lab requisition were not done. After paying $99, I have to go to the lab anyway.
Also, I had two requisitions for 2 different labs, and for some reason that was going to be ignored and all dropped st one lab. I caught it and said they are 2 labs for a reason, so they did drop them properly.
Stay on top of details with this service.
Edit/Update: I have reached out through your contact page to give you details. Thank you for responding here.
Update:
8/23 Did blood draw, but forgot 2 tests
9/5 Returned to do them, but declined to use my new lab requisition saying it is not needed.
9/6 I see the lab is redoing all the 8/23 tests and not just the 2 missed. I contacted GetLabs to let them know and they said they would get back to me in 3 business days to let me know what happened.
9/9 My doctor can't cancel labs- they have to as per the lab. My dr calls them and they say to send them a bill if I get one. I don't want to risk a bill- that makes me financially responsible for their mistake.
9/13 Emailed because its been 5 business days without response. They do not reply in the 90 minute promised time frame.
I texted and they replied asking if the lab said I would be billed twice? Why, yes they did. They did the labwork twice and said GetLabs are the only one who can cancel at this point.
I texted with that reply.
I am hoping this resolves without getting a bill have to dispute for an error GetLabs made. They are not following up professionally to my concern, so why would I trust them with a bill.

Getlabs.com is a joke
Getlabs.com is a joke. They've hidden themselves behind a friendly website and social media presence, but do not be confused -- they are frauds.
I had an appointment window between 9am and 11am, that required an 8 hour fast. They "confirmed" my appointment 2 days ago, but haven't called, texted, or emailed to give me an update. They also have not replied to a single message I've sent (email or text), and there is no phone line option.
Their contact-us page gives estimated wait times for responses. Trust me, I've been waiting MUCH longer to hear back.

Was good, now horrible the past 3 months in my area
Getlabs was great (in my area- Minneapolis, MN and suburbs) for about 12 months (March 2022-April 2023). Then starting in May 2023, they have been horrible and I would strongly advise not using them unless you know they have been reliable in your area. Or at least have a backup plan to go to the nearest patient service center yourself, in case they cancel on you the day before or the day-of. That's what happened to my wife and I twice now.
I specifically scheduled with them 10 days in advance to get the day/time I wanted, even though this delayed my labs. Now, 14 hours before my appointment, I get a text saying they've rescheduled my appointment to 3 weeks from now!
Three weeks ago, my wife got a text the morning-of her appointment saying they had to cancel.
Clearly they are having staffing issues.
Try another provider. I am going to try other options.
Update 1/7/24: still horrible. Was happy to pay the higher price if people would actually show up and do a decent blood draw. However, the higher price did nothing to help. The phlebotomists are still pretty bad. Hard to believe, but they struggle to draw blood, repeatedly, on someone who has large veins and never had an issue. That, plus labs not getting delivered on time to the labs so the tests can't be processed, it's pretty unfortunate.
Still looking for alternatives.

Prices went up with no notice.
Unfortunately, this seems to be the way of all medical services today. This is a great convenience for people who can't easily go to the lab. I booked five appointments, choosing the times that were $25. When I called, none of my appointments were on their books and now all appointments are $49 and $59. This is unethical. Also their 'online tools' are fairly worthless. Too bad that sick people are always taken advantage of.
