my labs were taken on a mon and I had to make several tickets in order to receive a call back from a GetLabs to tell me my blood draw was dropped at a lapcorp location but they do not have a record of it processing it. I was provided no valid reason or proof as to why my blood work was not processed. It was 5 days before I was provided this information with the simple explanation of we can schedule to draw your blood again. no thank you. your lack of service of communication is unacceptable for the fee I paid.

This company takes yr money and then cancels your confirmed apt. They did this three times to me. The reason was they cd not read my Dr scrip for the lab. I begged for them to call me and they would not. Don’t give this company a dime upfront, I am still waiting for my money back. Sept

Horrible! They cancelled on me, day of, literally 10 minutes before my appointment time, TWICE!!! Great concept, horrible management and execution

Horrible experience. My blood work got lost and they didn’t even know which lab service company they sent it too. They gave me the wrong company and address and it took me a month to figure out who had it. They did refund me for the inconvenience.

I had an appointment scheduled for Friday 8/16. It was cancelled and rescheduled for Monday 8/19 by Getlabs. The technician didn’t show up. It was cancelled an hour later. I can rebook for another 99. I paid 99 dollars for nothing and cannot contact anyone.

They cancel home visits last minute multiple times. Last time they didn’t take the urine sample from my husband only did the blood although my husband insisted several times to collect the urine sample. Quest Diagnostics notified them that they won’t run the labs because there was a “missing sample” and that they (GetLabs) needs to notify the patient which Getlabs never did!!! We found it out when the doctor office told us they never got the results. It’s extremely irresponsible from GetLabs not letting us know. My husband is out his medication. The doctor is unable to prescribed it without the lab results and this could be a life threatening situation. Worst company ever!!

UPDATE Aug 20, 2024…Lost four stars on the do-over. The company “seems” very responsive but until we inquired where the results were they didn’t tell us the draw had been compromised and could not be tested. Perhaps the woman who drew the blood did something wrong. She was certainly was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with when she come back to redo the test. She sat in her car nearly ten minutes so I went out and knocked on her window. She started hollering but I couldn’t hear her and, tired of being in the rain, waved for her to come on in and got under cover. It’s Florida. It’s gonna rain ALL DAY! She had to go maybe ten feet. She finally came in and yelled at me about the rain and for “banging on her window!” I needed her to draw the blood so I just opened the door to my husband’s room and got out of her angry way. After a moment I went into the room and got glared at. She left and my husband said she did a good job but complained about how awful I was. (I’m really not that awful! Ask anybody except my husband.) I wrote Getlabs and they responded with apologies and indications of investigating. I don’t know yet if the blood has been compromised again. If it has I sure hope they don’t send Ashley to do the draw again. I would request anybody else if it comes to that. Two times in a row the technician did not arrive within the designated time window, both times creating significant issues for me because I had meetings I needed to then reschedule. Communication from the technician was late, so it was impossible to plan for a time within the two hour window, much less reschedule something if it was going to run over. Considering the value proposition of this business, timeliness and reliability are key elements of their service, and in my experience, they cannot deliver on them. When I engaged with customer service about it, the experience was also not useful.
