This service gets one start from me since the set up was easy and the lab technician was professional. However the customer service and obtaining the lab reports are terrible. It is not worth the money! Convenient yes but do not spend the money take the extra time to go to the lab!!

The fact that I bothered to write a review speaks for itself. Absolutely terrible experience which I am still going through. First I booked my appointment, got charged, received a confirmation. All seemed good. One hour later I received an email and and text that the lab test order is invalid because it is missing information. When I tried to understand and speak to someone why - no chance to talk to anyone. After hours of waiting, someone sent an email where they just repeated the same thing without responding to whatever I wrote, and saying I need to reschedule if I do not send a new one. I requested talking to someone in all possible ways via the website form - as that it is the only way - despite the estimate wait time of one hour, no one contacted me even after 4 hours. It is particularly stressful because it is Friday and I can only do this test on Monday at latest due to my doctor's direction. I cannot reschedule. But no one cares, they just write the template and never responds again. Very very disappointed. I hope I will at least get refunded.

I’m very disappointed with Getlabs. I paid extra for at-home bloodwork for my anxious 7-year-old, only to find out that the phlebotomist didn’t collect the required specimen for one of the tests. As a result, my daughter will need her blood drawn again unnecessarily. Despite multiple emails, I received no apology or accountability from Getlabs. I would not recommend their service.

Unreliable service. They canceled my appointment 20 minutes before my 8:00am appointment time. No offer to make it right or do anything to help me get another appointment even though I told them I was going out of town. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. In response to the company followup to my review. I spoke to a live person and they cancelled my appointment over the phone 20 minutes prior to my appointment time.

First of all, contacting the company is extremely difficult. After the third attempt, I received a response by email. I was telling them that the tests would be performed on an autistic child. They responded by email that they have experienced pediatric professionals. In the morning of the test day, a professional from the laboratory called me saying that she could not perform the test on our son because they did not have permission from the company, due to the risk of lawsuits, and that they only treat children who stretch their arms without objecting. This is somewhat rare, since children by themselves (typical or atypical) are not very cooperative in tests of this type. For example, as a pediatric dentist, I do not choose the patients I will treat. If there is a more complicated patient, I study the case, but I treat the child. This is being professional. This is being serious about what you have set out to do. Now, they canceled the exam because they simply refused to accept my autistic son. I hope that I can at least receive my money back ($99). I do not recommend the service if you have a child, because there is no professionalism or empathy with the customer.

I’m a medical provider and tried to use this service for a Homebound patient. They repeatedly got the order wrong, and I could never speak with a human on the phone. After over a week of going back-and-forth and showing them the orders that they missed, a new person, wrote me back and the conversation started over again. Even in 17 years of medicine I’ve never seen this level of disorganization and poor communication. Stay far away. Avoid the easy seeming ordering process. It is a trap.

Tried using this service out of convince but the rep whole dress my blood didn't take enough so Getlabs called me to reschedule and wanted to charge me for the second appointment even though it's was their mistake. Convenience turned into inconvenience. Never again. I don't usually write review but this one pissed me off.

Misleading information: I logged into labcorp to fix an appointment for my blood work. Upon logging I noticed Getlabs ad that claims blood collected from patient's home will be around $35. Taken aback I went ahead and searched for an available date. To my dismay I found there is no $35. The charge is around $99+. This is MISLEADING and the advertisement should be taken off immediately. I don't agree with the response received. There is not even a day when a $35 collection fee is found (even for the same day). It all starts with $99. Request Getlabs to remove the misleading advertisement.
