The entire process was seamless from the initial scheduling to the lab draw. The phlebotomist arrived promptly at the scheduled time. She was very polite and professional. Prior to performing the lab draw, she reviewed the paperwork with me to ensure my understanding with the procedure. She was very efficient and was meticulous in hygiene throughout the procedure, making sure to totally clean up behind herself. The entire procedure was very comfortable and wonderful.

Fast, professional, and customer obsessed

I am a difficult draw. I get great service! The area supervisor in my Phoenix area makes sure an appropriate phlebotomist comes to do my draws. They are on time, come within requested time window. They take completed lab kits to UPS or FedEx for speciality lab draws for me. That's a great service for me.

I scheduled an appointment for the same day. The phlebotomist checked with me if they could arrive earlier than the scheduled time because they would be in my area. They came at a more convenient time and the appointment lasted less than 20 minutes.
