Easy to set up the appointment. Lot of slots to choose from as early as just next few days appointments. On the day of the appointment, it is timely, simple and fast.

As long as you communicate clearly with them when you make the appointment about preferred timing within the window, they will try to honor it. Phlebotomist Anaelys was professional, punctual and proactive. Was very grateful and very impressed with her familiarity with the process and communication with me as a client.

The provider showed up on time. She was professional, friendly, and made the blood draw easier for my son who has anxiety. It made the entire experience of having labs done seamless and convenient.

I had a fantastic experience! Was able to book an appointment right away at a day and time I wanted. My nurse Brian was on time, very courteous. I loved that I did not have to drive, park and wait in a lab office.

Although the test kit price was expensive (since I paid out of pocket) but the service provided by the company was outstanding. Since I always wanted to get this testing done, I went ahead. A very smooth process from start to finish. The company keeps you informed by sending reminder messages what to expect next. I like the fact that the blood drawn can be done at your own home. The tech who came to home was friendly, courteous and gentle. She was very professional. Now I’m just waiting for the results. Will post another review after getting my results.

I found this service for my elderly grandmother who wasn’t feeling well enough to visit Quest Labs. I found Getlabs and was able to get a next day appointment. The phlebotomist showed up within the appt window and communicated when they left and arrived. Todericka showed up and was so incredibly pleasant and very, very, good at her job. My grandmother said it was the best blood draw she’s ever had! Thank you Getlabs and Todericka for turning what was a stressful situation into something so incredible.
