The worst experience ever! If you have an issue using their website, there is no customer service to help you. You have to send an email, wait for them to reply back and it will go on for days. I was unable to use their system, they made the apt for me, never sent out a confirmation and charged me $99.00 for missing the apt according to them. Horrible

Yeah still trying to find my labs . Said I was emailed. Yeah receipt , and confirmation number it was dropped off . Wellllll labcorp doesn’t have them . And there was alot of blood . Some woman called said she emailed me , lies . And my bloodwork was dropped off . So why can’t myself or my Dr find it. Labcorp said it was NEVER TURNED IN . Oh and you can’t reach them ! I want my money and my damn blood back . Thanks

My appointment was canceled so I tried to reschedule since you guys had the fee charged on file, but I was charged again. I'm owed $200. There is no way to talk to a PERSON to try to get it sorted out. I am homebound and really need the service, but obviously you are not reliable. I honestly don't think you guys are worth 1 start. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! Get labs...don't erase this review. People deserve to see the good and the bad.Im open to try a third time, but I'd like to talk to an actual human.

Our team has also made multiple attempts to reach your provider without success. In the meantime, we’ve issued a full refund for your appointment. If you’re able to obtain the lab order, we’d be happy to help you get rescheduled.

The medical personnel is ok and all. They were courteous and efficient. But after that there is no way to get your results from LabCorp, no way to followup. Tried to use their Contact US and didn't find one. Additional update 6/9/25. Tried contacting get labs via their bot as there is no other way to get in touch with them. No response. Less than satisfactory

Doctor unable to locate my lab results

I’ve located your appointment, and I can confirm that your lab work was successfully completed and resulted. However, your provider did not include the necessary delivery details (such as a fax number or account number), which the lab requires before releasing results. As a result, your provider will need to contact the lab directly to receive the results. This process is managed by the lab and outside of Getlabs’ control, but I want to reassure you that your draw and testing were completed as expected.

First, they told me they couldn’t find my tests when I had already uploaded all of the screenshots with names, order numbers and EVERYTHING. What else do you need??? I had to call quest and tell them to locate my order. Quest told me there’s a test that they can’t do at home. I asked Getlabs, again, with a clear screenshot of all the tests I ordered, asking if they can do all of them. They confirmed with a verbal yes. The day before my appointment, they are telling me again they can’t find my order. I had to send screenshots of previous conversations. On the morning of my appointment day, they canceled my appointment saying there’s one test they can’t do. WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. You would think when you pay over 300 bucks for a simple service the people would be professional. ABSOLUTELY NOT

They don’t work with Labcorps and request copies of lab orders separately for patients to upload themselves. None of this is mentioned when you sign up or pay- and since my doctor sent my order into Labcorps I don’t have a copy and need to request. Hassle and annoying for a service based on convenience.

While we do explain during booking that a copy of the lab order is required for at-home collection, we also offer a free service to help make this easier — if you don’t have your lab order, you can simply provide us with your physician’s contact information, and we’ll reach out directly to your doctor on your behalf to obtain it.
