This is our 2nd year in buying these for our 3 dogs plus our furnephews. One of the pendants broke within a couple weeks so I contacted support. JeAnne & Julia had great quick customer service. They were very nice and responsive to the situation and replaced the product immediately. That's the customer service I like dealing with. They responded back within 24 hrs.

I bought 6 of them and I put 3 on my dogs, 2 on my mother in law dogs and 1 on my son I gave to him and none of them worked this was last year around Aug. I got ahold of customer service cause that is alot of money (2 hundred dollars) and no one got back to me which I asked for a refund even if its half refunded cause it is refundable, I just forgot to post something on here to let everyone know they dont get back to you. It just makes me mad it didn't work and no one wants to give at least some or all of the money back.

I ordered one dog pendant and three cat pendants. I only received the dog one. I had to contact the company to receive the rest of my order. I was told they would send my the rest of my order and a free gift if I wrote a review. I was even told to mention the customer service reps by name. Within days of my cats wearing these pendants they were leaking on my cats. They have sent my two additional cat pendants. Over all I'm very dissatisfied and I wouldn't recommend this product. I have no idea if it works. I definitely don't know if it works for 12 months. I wanted this product to work. I was looking for a safer alternative but I will continue to look.

I bought six furlife pendants because I have five dogs and I bought one for my girlfriend. I didn't realize that 4 out of five of the ones that I bought for my dog arrived empty. I didn't realize this until my girlfriend called me and told me that hers was empty. I thought she was mistaken because last year I bought furlife pendants and the pendants worked perfect... I assured her that it was a good product and that I will come home after work and check out the ones that I bought for my dogs ...to my astonishment four of them are empty plus hers so that's five empty pendants out of six with no liquid at all visible.... No odor, no liquid scene. Nothing empty. Ripped off... I was so happy to buy a collar or a pendant to keep ticks and fleas away from them and I even told everybody I knew about furlife that had animals.... Not sure now what I'm going to do. I'm hoping the company compensates me so I can leave a comment saying how a good furlife is and everything worked out great .... Hopefully I can do that because I don't know why a company would put my animals in danger. I even found a tick on my German Shepherd did not make me very happy to think that my dogs can be injured or sickened because they want to give me 5 empty pendants out of 6...I'm really hoping this was a fluke. I'll keep in touch. I'll let everyone know what happeneds if anything
