I recently ordered from FurLife and when I received my confirmation email I realized I had left part of my mailing address off. I panicked a bit and emailed their support team. I received an email back from Julia that she fixed my address and it was on its way. Wow! That's what I call customer service. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know.

I ordered the flea and tick items that go on the dogs collar and I ordered four I received my package and received three out of the four so I emailed them to let them know and they responded to you know check the neighbors to see if anything you know came or two days later if another package came and nothing happened so I emailed back and got a response back to their mailing out my fourth unit that I had ordered and her name is Julia and I am so happy that she responded to me and everything went so well so good that I would recommend this company truly to use because they handled my situation just the way I wanted and I'm so so happy like I said I would recommend this company and Julia did great I'm so happy for her if all companies had somebody like her they would all do well thank you again Debbie Smith okay

I ordered a couple of products including a spray from furlife and somehow the spray head leaked the fluid into the package and the furlife representatives , Roy, JeAnne and Julia. All helped me in quickly arranging a resend of that product and offered me a free product for my ordeal, great customer service.

Glisson was very helpful when mine dried up after a few months. Good customer service and it does work for my dog. I use it combined with Brewers yeast and garlic pills.
