After completing an order, I realized I used the wrong credit card. I emailed and within minutes got a response. Glisson and JeAnne both helped out and more tremendous saying they best would be to cancel it and re-order since my order hasn’t processed yet. I chose to just leave as is to make things simpler. Because of them if this works for my dog I will continue to order. Thank you both, Ashley

We’ve been with FurLife for almost two years now. Our Vet approved of the collar. Our recent attachment arrived cut on one side so it wouldn’t work on the collar, I reached out immediately and Julia is sending a replacement to us asap for our sweet fur baby. These collars really do work & the best part is no chemicals. Customer service rocks! Thank you
