First, I'm not even going to try this product on my pets. I purchased 4 of the pendants. Ingredients are camphor, mulberry, citronella, lavender, lemon, peppermint, and herbal oil. Most of these are toxic to pets, even just by smell. I should have researched more before ordering. Scent is very overpowering too. Order shipped from China. I don't trust this product at all. My dog didn't even like it when I opened the 2 of the 4, and they smell completely different. 1 smells old and rancid.

Amazing company and great products👏 Really love the quality of products and selection of colors but first and foremost the best EVER Customer Service always committed to answering all customer inquiries to the fullest and really nice staff which in these days is a dying commitment to the paying public. *Order took forever to arrive. *Containers were dented and opened but, collars were sealed in plastic bag. *The collar is clean and easy to apply and adjust. *Collar has a very strong citronella-like odor that fills the room at first. *Dog seems okay so far after a few hours. Monitoring to see if he'll be ok. **Update** A few hours (8 hours) later the dog started acting funny. He was hiding against the walls. He looked sick. I took the collar off, and he was happy giving me licks. Collar still had a very strong citronella smell. *Looking up the collar ingredients I found that it is possible that dogs can have issues with these oils. Citronella is toxic to dogs. *Emailed FurLife asking if it is possible my dog had an allergic reaction or getting sick from the strong smell. Furlife responded promptly asking me to air out the collar. *Left over night. Still strong smell. Have not put back on dog yet. **Update 2** *After 7 days of airing out collar, no smell and dog let me put collar back on *He's been wearing it. No ticks. One bug bite after, looks like a field spider bite. Conclusion: *This collar is ok after airing it out in an area you do not frequent for about 7 days. *Dog Owners, Do not have a gap in flea & tick treatment. Before buying Furlife collars. We rescued a dog without it and he got ticks on him when we let him go out to the bathroom. This is not a fast service yet. Three stars for shipping and and strong odor. Suggest not using USPS. Air out collars before shipping.

I ordered the product and received them but after reading some reviews and doing a bit of research about where they come from have decided not to use. I contacted them via email to get a refund and was contacted back in an extremely short amount of time. I will say that the customer service was impeccable and for that they get 4 stars.

Love the way I can attach it to his collar. Nothing dangling to get hung up on things. Love that it is all natural. No chemicals going into his body. Fast service!

I purchased 3 of these for my dogs. They have been having issues with fleas. Constant scratching. I tried nex hard to no avail. They were miserable. It did take. While to received but they did arrive sealed in a round tin container. I put them on my pups and they haven’t scratched once since then. I came onto the www to see if other owners experienced a fast acting solution to fleas. I wanted to see how soon these collars worked since they seemed to working right away. I haven’t seen any of my dogs scratch since I put the collar on. I am impressed. I use to use seresto and they no longer work on my pups. Im really glad I found fur life. Docked one star because it took a while from order to delivery.

This collar is sturdy ! My bully hasn’t weaselled her way out of it. In fact she is not bothered by it at all. A strong essential oil like odour was noticeable for the first 2 weeks. I have not noticed any ticks on her since putting on the collar 2 months ago. The tick situation is pretty bad in my area.
