I recieved the new collar fast and it smells like citronella. This is our 2nd collar from furlife. My dog even smells good and he is not scratching at all. Overall I will be purchasing one every time he needs a new one.

I bought a collar for my cat and my dog. These absolutely work and save me so much money. I really like the different color options as well. I will be buying again!

My cat seems to like the collar. We didn't have issues with fleas or ticks but she like going outside. With summer around the corner, hopefully it will help keep the bugs away.

We bought 2 and for us this was expensive 49.00. After our GSD had on for just over a week we found 2 engorged ticks, one tick was on her chin and the other on her ear. That’s pretty close to the collar so don’t waste your money, doesn’t work! Now after having on for a month still doesn’t work now going to try a topical

Hello Kathleen, Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry to hear about your experience with our collar. We understand your frustration and are here to help. We want to clarify a few points regarding the effectiveness of our collar. The full effect of the collar begins within a few days up to three weeks, with the exact time varying depending on your pet's fur length. To maximize the collar's effectiveness, please ensure it is worn continuously and fits snugly against your pet's fur. Our collar is designed to repel pests rather than kill them on contact. This means that while it's possible for ticks and fleas to be present on your pet, the collar will prevent them from biting and infesting your pet. It's essential to regularly check your pet for ticks and remove them promptly to ensure their safety. While our anti-flea and tick collar is highly effective, like any treatment, it is not 100% guaranteed. We value your satisfaction and would like to assist you further. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we look forward to serving you better in the future. Kind regards Marc

Bought the collar and have not found any ticks or flees on my dog since she began wearing it. We walk, off leash, in the woods daily.

I’m very happy with the purchase of these collars for my 2 dogs! It’s been about one month since putting them on and they work very well! Haven’t found a single tick and I walk my dogs in tall grass and wooded areas. This is a great investment to protect your fur babies!
