Although the shipping was slow for my first order the second time I ordered it arrived faster. The collars are GREAT! They're adjustable, they smell wonderful, the strong smell lessens over a few days, my fur babies don't mind them and it's fantastic to have a working product that doesn't poison my pet. Do your research, other collars made by some drug companies have been killing pets and causing diseases like cancer.

My Chihuahua’s fur started falling out. She’s had fleas on her every time she’s come in from outside. The collar was on as instructed. I bought a cat collar also, but didn’t open it yet because she was still nursing kittens. I want a refund on both collars as one is still in the pouch and the other has made my Chihuahua sick!!! This company still refuses to give me a refund. Evidently it doesn’t matter what Marc said in his reply!!

I ordered June and they have been wearing them constantly with little to no results, I put them on 5 of y furbabies. I would appreciate a refund as I purchased 5 of them. let me know who I would send this to as there was no receipt in the bag. Thank you. Also there is another charge on my bankstatement from furlife!

Do not waste your money. These do not work! Bought 4 and our dogs are still scratching and covered in ticks.

Love the addition of the unit that slides onto the collar, great for my active dogs. It does not fall off. It helps with the fleas. I love that I am not putting chemicals onto or into my fur babies. This is the 2nd time I have purchased. Be patient when ordering in the US s it does take some time to get here, but it is worth the wait.
