When I received an email about next shipment coming soon for monthly subscription order, I was having trouble skipping an order online. There was a sending message option so I sent a brief message saying I would like to skip this time since I still have enough. I was expecting the respond till next day or so but within very short period of time, I got an email saying that my request was resolved without any further questioning by name Julia with kind and respectful way. I was so happy and satisfied even with small request was done so timely manner. What a great customer service! Thanks, Julia!
