This is my 2nd year using furlife products and haven't had a single flea or tick on my 2 dogs. Plus it's has a pleasant odor instead of the chemical smell from other companies. I also love the fact that it doesn't contain all the harsh chemicals.

These have been amazing for my fur babies! We had a horrible flea breakout from fiber being ran in our town. Since using FurLfe they are pest free 🩷🩷

The smell is unbearable. Does it get better? I’ve had this on my dog for 1 day and he won’t stop pacing. Is this product poisoning him? I certainly hope not.

Hello Brenda, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns—we’re truly sorry to hear that your dog is having a tough time adjusting to the collar. We want to reassure you that the collar is not poisonous. It’s made with natural oils that are safe for dogs when used as directed, but we understand that the scent can be quite strong initially. Some dogs, especially those with more sensitive noses or dispositions, may react to the new smell or sensation by pacing or acting differently. What you’re seeing is likely a response to the intensity of the scent, which often fades significantly after the first few days. We recommend removing the collar and letting it air out in a well-ventilated space for 5–7 days before trying it again. This can help reduce the strength of the smell and make the transition easier for your dog. However, if your dog continues to show signs of discomfort or if you’re worried at all about his health, we always recommend consulting your veterinarian to be on the safe side. Your dog’s wellbeing is our top priority, and we never want you to feel uncertain. We’ve already issued a full refund for your order—no return necessary—because your peace of mind matters to us. Please feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or need further support. We're here to help however we can. Kind regards Marc

It's a documentary about the concentration camps in Nazi Germany that we were shown in elementary school. They show bodies being bulldozed into pits after being gassed. That image has never left me. Nor will the images of dead and dying animals that FurLife used to advertise their flea and tick products. I have now deleted 4 of the best game apps because they allow those FurLife ads. They are horrific and give me nightmares. I'm a 62 year old animal lover and pet owner, who frequently clicks on in-game ads and have bought products for myself, my pets, and family from them. Until and unless FurLife changes their advertising policy, I will do everything in my power to let every gaming app company, all of my family and friends, and every review site I can reach know what horror they foist on the unsuspecting in pursuit of profit.

Hello Kimberly, Thank you for sharing your heartfelt concerns. We want to start by sincerely apologizing for the distress our advertisement caused you. We understand that as an animal lover and long-time pet owner, you're especially sensitive to the well-being of animals — and rightfully so. Our intent was never to shock or upset, but to raise awareness about the very real dangers that fleas and ticks can pose to pets when left untreated. Your feedback is being taken seriously and has been shared directly with our marketing team. We truly appreciate the time you took to voice your concerns. If there’s anything we can do to further address this, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We hope we can earn back your trust in the future through better, more compassionate communication. Kind regards Marc

I purchased 4 of the flea and tick pendants. They have been on my dogs for 22 days and they still have fleas. I ended up purchasing frontline to give them some relief and it has helped. These pendants are way too expensive to have such poor results. I have asked for the money back guarantee and have had no results and the company has stopped communicating with me. Be careful!
Response from FurLife™Apr 4, 2025
Hello Charlotte, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're genuinely sorry to hear that the results didn’t meet your expectations. We want to clarify that our flea and tick pendants are designed as a natural repellent, not a chemical treatment that kills pests on contact. This means that while some fleas or ticks may still be seen on your pet, the pendant works to deter them from biting and infesting. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to continue seeing fleas after trying a new solution, especially when you're doing your best to protect your pets. We also want to apologize for any communication issues you’ve experienced—we strive to provide timely and helpful support, and your case is still open. For stronger, more immediate relief in the future, we recommend combining our preventative pendant or collar with our natural spray or shampoo, which are designed to kill fleas, ticks, and their eggs directly. This combination offers a more complete and effective flea and tick management approach. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our products and our service. If there's anything more we can do to support you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Kind regards Marc

I got collars for my 3 dogs, ‘8 months protection’…after 5 days the ticks were literally hiding under the collar. I did not check trusting the collars and was in shock to find a bunch of fully engorged ticks on their necks. Total waste of money!

Hello Vanessa, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're genuinely sorry to hear about the issue you encountered with our collars. We understand how concerning it must have been to find ticks still present—especially under the collar—after trusting it to protect your dogs. Our collars are designed to provide up to 8 months of protection and are tested for effectiveness under a range of conditions. That said, we recognize that results can vary depending on factors such as the level of tick exposure in your area, your dogs' outdoor activity, or even how the collar is fitted. Still, ticks hiding under the collar is not the experience we want for any pet parent, and we sincerely apologize. We’d like to make things right. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can look into this further and find a resolution for you. Your satisfaction and your pets’ well-being are extremely important to us. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention—we truly appreciate the opportunity to address it. Kind regards Marc
