I have reached out with email questions a couple of times; once regarding delivery and once with a question related to safety when wearing two different collars. Both times my email was answered quickly and responsively. I'm pleased and impressed. Julia, in particular, was very helpful. I have the collars airing out at this time and plan to put them on this week. I look forward to evaluating their effectiveness. Thank you. As of 5/20/25 both dogs have been wearing the red collars for about 2 weeks. Haven't seen a tick on them at all. So far; so good. Thank you.

I have been debating on the pendants for quite awhile now I have received text messages because I didn't follow through on purchasing. Basically begging me to purchase. I read through all these reviews and I guess what bothered me the most was the company responses it is the same response on every single complaint only one customer service person put his name but still same copied letter. Hhmmm

Even though I haven't received my product yet, Patrick helped me with a mistake of my own doing. I clicked the wrong product when placing the order and messaged them to see if I could change it before the items shipped. Patrick was very efficient in helping me correct my mistake and get the correct products ordered.

I ordered the pendant for my pup. It was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I can tell you this, it WORKS!!!! No ticks, no fleas—just dead fleas!!!!! So if you want an all natural product, this one works!!! I was skeptical at first, but not no more!!!

One of the holding straps ripped. Julia was so very helpful. She was extremely professional and handled the issue…. To my satisfaction. Got another one coming in the mail. Haven’t tried it out yet. Hope it works.

Julia was very helpful with an order I only received half of. She responded to my email in less than 24 hours and sent out a replacement order.

The pod fell out of my Furlife flea and tick holster. I contacted customer service and almost immediately I got a response. Julia was very sweet and helpful. She was able to replace the product free of charge, and I wasn’t required to send the defective product back. Thank you Julia for your prompt and friendly help.
