My initial reaction was one of frustration because I had received a “delivered” notice from DHL. My package had not been delivered as noted but thanks to the extremely swift response from the Customer Service reps, JeAnne and Julia, the confusion was resolved and my package was delivered. The quality of the collar is excellent as my 20 year old cat Sidney seems to enjoy the product and I notice he doesn’t scratch for fleas as much as before.

I texted that the cat collar attachment I had received was already empty of the oil that came in it. They asked me to send a photo and agreed this must have been a fluke and have offered to replace. So happy with the rapid response and considerate service offered. I love the product and the smell of it and i know it was working well for awhile. But since the claim is that it lasts months, I felt the need to ask about it. Relieved when genuine concern from them was returned. Thank you Jeanne and Julia!

Julia was great! I had to call and ask where my order was. She told me in transit and sent me a link to follow its location. I was getting nervous because I will be traveling through 4 states with my dogs. I don’t really care to let them out in truck stop dog areas so I am usually pulled off onto an exit where there is grass and weeds.

Jean Anne and Julia were fabulous to help us when one of the pods malfunctioned only a week after using it. I purchased a few items for my two dogs and I received a message from a really nice person who explained everything to me so I knew what I actually needed to buy for my dogs however I forgot to select the colors I wanted and I reached out to support and Julia fixed my problem quickly thanks so much furlife I'm sure my dogs will be grateful as well
