If I could give 0 stars I would.. I spent $400 on stuff for my animals and it is not working at all.. my dogs had fleas and after a week of the collar being on, they still have them. I bathed them to get the fleas off to maybe kickstart the collar and it didn’t work, so now they have a super strong smell on them and still have fleas

I ordered this product about a month ago and it seems to be working very well, however the disc fell out and when I email to see if I could only the disc Ramon advised that he would send me another pendant. I was very pleased that I did not have to purchase another one. Thank you Ramon!

I had made a purchase from Furlife last year and was completely thrilled with the product. So this year I made another purchase, however, some problems arose. I reached out on the weekend, not expecting to get a response until Monday but within minutes, I got an email response from Julia. We emailed back-and-forth and I sent some pictures and video and she was able to completely resolve my issue and send me out a new product. I was completely surprised and pleased with the quick responses and resolution of my issue. Julia was absolutely amazing. !!!

Not so crazy about the strong smell at first but at least that means it’s working! Smell gets softer if your dog is an outside dog.

So far my dogs have had it on. For about a month and it’s working, recommended it to many family and friends

My purchased product arrived damaged, leaked completely out in the package. I reached out with proof to Furlife Support person, Donnie, in which he made it right and is sending me the product free of cost!
