Our dogs had been wearing the pendants for 2 months when I noticed a tick on Freddy, I removed the tick and within 24 hours I noticed Freddy limping with sore muscles. He refused to eat for several days then began to vomit. I knew at this point he had Lyme disease so saw our vet and started him on antibiotics for over a month with a high dosage. I gave him frontline as I did with our dog who had also been wearing the pendant and administered frontline to her as well. We were just devastated thinking our dogs were safe wearing the pendant only to have Freddy get lyme disease.

I had been using a Seresto tick and flea collar on my dog, but it came with so many warnings that it really had me worried for both my dog as well as myself. Since I have been using the Fur Life collar, I haven’t seen any ticks or fleas and I have peace of mind.

This product killed my dog. After a month my dog went into respiratory distress and died in less than 20 min. My vet looked at the product, examined it and said it’s toxic and likely what killed my dog. Do not buy!!! Not worth the risk!! I’m heartbroken!!

Part of my order was missing, but I assumed it was backordered. After a month or more, I realized it was supposed to have shipped. I was asked to provide photos, which of course I couldn't. When I explained that, they were happy to replace the missing item no questions asked.

Customer services 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 However I do have a question the green encasement that comes with the pendant or is that depending itself okay and then you have the little round medicine I guess we'll call it in the middle of it is the green pendant soaked with the solution that is supposed to ward off the fleas and ticks the reason that I'm asking cuz I had to put my dogs the last one I had to put it on differently and I and I had to keep it on oh this is just crazy okay let's start over the original one that I just got should I put the whole pendant on or can I take the little medicine out and put it in the one that I already had previously hope you can help me

First of all, this little pendant works! We have a huge tick problem this year in Michigan and our dog has had NO problems at all! The ticks I have seen on her I have been able to just brush off her top coat. We did have the pendant begin to leak and I noticed a bubble and stronger smell. I reached out to Furlife and Roy and Joey both helped me immediately and had a new pendant sent with shipping confirmation within hours! Fabulous customer service! I will continue to recommend this company to all my friends with pets! Thanks Furlife!
