I had an issue with the pendant. One side of it that attaches to the collar broke. I emailed Joey and Julia and they asked for a picture of the pendant. I sent the picture and they were very accommodating and offered to replace the pendant at no charge. Just FYI the pendant works great. Mu puppy has not had one flea or tick on her since I put it on . Thanks to Joey and Julia we can continue to be flea and tick free.

This is the second year that I have bought all 6 of my cats and my 1 dog this product, absolutely love them one of my cats chewed through the collar this year, and they went above and beyond by replacing it with a pendant at no charge to me highly recommend this company to anybody who’s looking for flea and tick prevention
