Julia was AMAZING! I emailed support at 10pm and she emailed me back at 10:04pm!!! Like, what!!!! I didn’t expect anything h til normal business hours. So not only did she email me back within 4 minutes AFTER hours, but she had my issue solved within 20 minutes! This is by far the BEST customer service I’ve received in a really long time!!!! ◡̈ THANK YOU! 😊

I needed to return my dog piece. Julia and Ramon assisted me with getting a different dog collar . Their service was friendly, and their instructions were clear. I received my new collar and the product is awesome.. and… I purchased a cat collar and that also is wonderful! The outdoor neighborhood cat is bug free!
