Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry to hear that our pendants didn’t provide the level of protection you expected for your dogs. Fleas can be extremely persistent, especially in environments where they are prevalent, and in such cases, pendants or collars often need to be paired with additional treatments (like home or yard care) to fully break the flea cycle.
