Joan made my experience stress-free and smooth. She answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns and ensured that my issue was resolved. Her exceptional service has prompted me to recommend the product more than I was already. Love the product!

I recently purchased furlife pendants for my fur babies, in my haste I failed to pick the color and choose what fur baby it was for. I emailed them and in just a few hours Julia responded informing me they made the swap for me. Thanks Julia!

The Flea & Tick Tag is such a simple yet effective solution. It’s lightweight, easy to attach to the collar, and I’ve noticed a huge decrease in scratching. It’s been a game-changer for us.

Due to my dogs rough play, the clear repellant container fell out twice. The second time it was punctured and leaking I wrote a note to Customer service, regarding this problem and they are replacing the item. Great prompt Customer Service.

I placed my order and right away received a shipping confirmation. I realized that I made an error in my address and emailed them back. Within minutes, Julia responded and accommodated my request. I am excited to try this product, as I hate using chemicals that are toxic.

Great idea, but it doesn't work. Pulled several ticks off within inches of collar within days. Amendment 1; It seems that it may have taken some time to get working like they replied. That information would have been useful in the instructions. Currently a couple months in and the tablet broke... waiting to see if they'll offer a replacement tablet, or if I have to spend another 40 bucks.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. Our collars are designed to provide continuous protection, but in some cases, it can take a few days for the active ingredients to fully distribute through your pet’s coat and reach maximum effectiveness. Additionally, if your dog has been in a heavily infested area, it’s possible for ticks to still attach before being affected by the collar. We hope you might consider giving the collar another try, as many customers find it effective after the initial adjustment period. If you have any further concerns or would like tips on maximizing its effectiveness, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve.

Julia gave superlative service which was greatly appreciated. I was worried when I first ordered from this company, since I've had poor service and or no service at all from other companies. This company gives excellent customer service! Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank You Julia!

When I ordered a second collar, I was given 1/4 quarter of what I received the first time. When calling customer service they offered no resolution. I paid almost $50 for one pod that won't last a year and no collar to attach it to like I received in my first order. If this is how you are going to treat your customers then I think everyone should know. The product itself appears to be working for my one dog but customer service and resolution stink! I will make sure social media becomes aware of how you handle potential customers and their issues.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re very sorry for the frustration this has caused. It sounds like there was a misunderstanding with your second order, as our pods can be purchased separately from the full collar set — but we completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive less than expected, especially without clear communication or a satisfactory resolution from our team. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We’d like to make this right for you. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details so we can review your purchase and find an appropriate solution. We’re glad to hear the product is working for your dog, and we hope to resolve this quickly so your overall experience matches the effectiveness of the product.
