I ordered my first gem for our bestest beastie, Stuey. I got a discount code and the order got sent before I could figure out how to apply it. Julia was great. She applied the code for me and I got the discount. Great customer service, Julia! I'll bet the product will be just as great.

Customer service was phenomenal! My pod was empty after a month of my pup wearing the collar, I asked if this is normal and they jumped right on it to help me replace the item and apologized for the problem. Great customer service means they stand behind their product so I will gladly give it another chance!!

Julia was able to change my order to a green pendan for a black dog pendan after I place my order.

I just don’t understand why the cat pendants are as big as the dogs. But they got back to me thru e- mails, it took several back and forths but they are trying to make it good for me. I sure wish their phone system was being used, I would have preferred to talk to a person.

I ordered from this company through tiktok. I placed my order with ease. It was great. I had free shipping. My item was definitely received in a timely manner ,however That is where my praise stops. The item definitely did not live up to the expectations of their sales pitch on the tiktok shop and when I went to contact them about their product their shop was closed. No longer on tiktok can no longer leave a review, but now they'll contact me by email and tell me I could get my future purchases possibly for free by ordering more. I told them the only communication I would like from them is a refund and a return shipping label for the purchase that I originally made due to the fact that for someone to close up a shop that fast and not leave the forum open for people to be able to contact them. If there is an issue, I don't find them reputable. I'm still leaving them a three-star review because the item was easy to purchase. It was delivered promptly. It was packaged neatly but that's where it ended. There is no customer service. They turned tail and ran very quickly off of tiktok. Not fair to TT customers, They operated under the name Fur Haven on TT And have since closed the shop. The only way I was able to find them was from the email that they sent me after their shop was closed because it coincided with the email that was sent to me from the Furhaven shop on TT

I ordered my fur life disc this year - second year I have used it. Then a week later I received a 10% discount coupon in my email. I sent a message to fur life regarding this and Julia sent me a refund of 10% for my order. Great to do business with this company.
