Fur life company gave me an excellent customer service experience I recently purchased the flea & tick collar for my dogs and I mistakenly put 2 orders in for the same product and I needed a refund A young lady named Julia took care of my problem She reversed the charges for my extra purchase She was prompt and very helpful I am now awaiting my item as soon as I receive it I will let everyone know how it works Sincerely Patricia K

This is the best company I've ever worked with. They care as much for your pet as they do their own. When one of my dogs pendants sprang a leak, they replaced it right away. I purchased 3 fur life pendants for flea & tick control. One of the pendants had a rip in the thin part that slides through the collar. I texted the company & in less than 12 hrs I received an email they were sending me a replacement. Wonderful customer service as well as a great product!

In my rush of excitement, I accidentally submitted my mailing address without the street numbers, which caused my package to be returned. I reached out to support through their Facebook page, and Julia responded right away. She was extremely helpful and professional in resolving the issue.
