I sent a question to FurLife asking if it was safe for pets to wear it indoors and Patrick answered very quickly. Customer service is very important to me and Patrick did not disappoint! Btw….his answer was it is absolutely safe to be worn inside.

I accidentally bought the wrong item so I sent an email asking to change it. Julia was so kind and she changed it right away. Rather than me having to wait to return the wrong item and order the one I wanted. Super responsive and helpful.

The products seem great, but I ordered some things by mistake. I immediately requested that my order be canceled and within minutes Patrick had it done and even sent an email confirmation. I would definitely do business with FurLife in the future.
