We made a purchase of 2 of the Pods for our dogs. We had some defective pods and reached out to furlife for assistance. JeAnne and Julia were wonderful with helping us get the situation taken care of and replacements sent to us. We would recommend furlife to anyone with pets for flea & tick prevention. Am very excited to receive my order from FurLife as have read great reviews on this all natural flea and tick preventative pendant as my pup has had a very bad reaction to the pills provided by the vet. After placing my order, I realized there were color options available and reached out to them and got a very quick reply from Roy on their team who has assured me that it is all taken care of! This product does not work and they are not cheap for something that doesn't work..I told the vet about it and he said nothing like that works.. I told him we once had a eucalyptus Bush and it kept the dogs and yard flea free but this product does not have that in it..so think twice about this non working expensive treatment before you buy it..Soresto is more money but probably the best bet.Or a full grown eucalytus bush..

I had a product the flea and tick pendent not work as well as it was supposed to do the customer service rep glisson helped me get approved for a free replacement Incase the pendent for some reason was defective.

We received our tick tags on Saturday and by Sunday one of my dogs had somehow popped the oil pod out of the tag and lost it. I wasn't sure if it was poisonous so immediately reached out to customer support to make sure if they ate it, they wouldn't get sick. They assured me they were 100% natural and safe if accidentally ingested and sent me a replacement free of charge!

I ordered the bundle and the spray opened up during shipping. the bottle was completely empty when I got it. I contacted Customer Service and they replaced the spray. They were very quick to respond and helpful!
