As a new customer, and a bit sketchy, I was a not sure which product to go with for my Fur Baby, Axle. So, I e-mailed with questions. Within minutes, Roy (customer service) had e-mailed me back and answered my questions and helped make the right decision for my baby, Axle. I've decided on ordering the pendant. And cannot wait to receive it. The customer service department are quick at responding, very helpful in answering any questions or concerns that you have.

JeAnne was so helpful. My dogs pendant had an issue and I could not long use it. I messaged furlife, sent a picture and they responded so fast with a replacement on the way. So refreshing to have a company stand behind the product and have a team that takes care of issues quickly!

I had a really great experience with FurLife customer service, unfortunately I had an issue with the product it came broken but Mat and Roy jumped so quickly at my email to help make it right and they definitely did! Honestly best customer service I have experienced and will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family!

Fur life has been a trusted brand in our home for the last two years. We have seen dramatic improvement in tick prevention when our dogs have them on. Additionally, when the product was broken and defective JeAnne Glisson helped get us set up with a new one for free!

Roy and JeAnne have taken great care of us and responded to our needs and questions quickly. We love FurLife and have been using the product for over 3 years for our five dogs. The product worked great. Our dog which is very sensitive to medication did not have any issues. I had a small hiccup with the product and contacted customer service. They responded almost immediately. They were very polite and their responses not only displayed care but also compassion. The product works great. Just like the customer service. JeAnne and Julia did an amazong job in resolving my issue. I will definitely stick with them and thier products.
