The pallets were oversized
The pallets were oversized. However, the provider worked beyond expectations, and get those large pallets off our hands! The dimension coordinator made sure provider and us connected! We are very pleased with the work!

No show and price increase
They no showed and kept switching the time on me. Then tried to charge me more. Do not recommend.

My trash was removed as requested
My trash was removed as requested. However, the provider was not well prepared and brought a too small truck for pick up. This required two trips and the provider charged an additional $50 for this additional trip. The amount of trash did not change from my original quote, so there was no reason for me to be charged more. There seems to be some disconnect between Dimensions and the provider.

wrong quote
Sent Several Pictures , Answer a lot Of questions and was quoted several Bids for job , Finally gave me a a bid , went with it and the delivery pick up went well , but the quote was not right and the young man was left with the load for two days . with out doing anymore jobs we ended up paying way more than we were quoted. I will never use this service again.

Good customer service. Poor time management.
Customer service was prompt with responses so they have that going for them. However, I was charged more than my original quote due to "increase in demand." That's fine. However, they were late to my scheduled appointment and tried to reschedule. I made an appointment for a specific time for a reason. Good job charging more and under delivering with your service. Will not be using ever and will spread the word.
