Costing was great and communication was…
Costing was great and communication was very good. Time to complete was a little longer than expected, but it did not affect us. I would imagine smaller volumes would be quick as lightning with Dimension!

Delays
Delays, cancellations, drivers not knowing where to go and WHEN to go. Billing before the job is complete. Was a totally frustrating experience.

This company really worked with me to keep me informed. First contractor truck broke down, They contacted me immediatly and we ended up rescheduling another vendor at an agreeable time. Great customer support.

A very good experience!
I had an old upright piano that wasn't repairable, so I just wanted to dispose of it. I found Dimension on the web after a quick search and the process to schedule a pickup for the next day couldn't have been easier. After the pickup was scheduled, I received multiple text messages from Dimension keeping me updated all through the process. And these weren't automated texts, they came from an individual that I could reply to. The gentleman that came to pick up the piano called me when he was on his way and arrived 30 minutes early! He was friendly, professional, and had the piano gone quickly. I am very glad I found Dimension and will use them again in the future.
