Unfortunately we did not have a very good experience with them. They did not drop the dumpster when we requested and they did not pick it up in a timely manner either. We had called to ask them to extend it one day and they refused to do so. I was on the call with the agent and my sister at the same time. Since they refused to extend the time we did change our schedule to accommodate them. When I received the bill they charged me for an extra day. I asked them to remove it since they refused to extend our date and they refused. Since they had my cc on file they charged it. I really don't care about $19 since the whole thing cost us over $1000.00, but it is the principle not the cost. I will have to claim it as fraud.

I'm a hauler I removed a fridge for dimension and still haven't been paid and it's been I've a week Been getting the runaround, saying this person isn't in today and only this person can do this operation... I won't be hauling for these guys, don't trust them

Gave me one price then 2 months after job is finished they send me another invoice for $4,000.

Terrible experience from start to finish.

I wasn't present when the pickup happened, but our warehouse technicians said it was fast and simple. Working with Greg was easy. He was very helpful, patient and when he wasn't available others were quick to respond. Fair pricing as well. We set up a quarterly pick up.
